Loyalty to Your Soul by Doctors’ Ronald and Mary Hulnick challenges readers to do a little soul searching by revaluating the things that are important and not so important in their lives as well relearning and unlearning those things that form our very being, whether good or bad.

The book uses valuable principles at the end of each chapter as well as challenges and soul searching exercises. One of the chapters that I found interesting was Chapter 13. The principle of chapter 13 is Freedom and Personal Responsibility. Personal Responsibility is the foundational key that opens the door to Freedom.

I recommend this book to anyone, but especially for those of us who are on the constant search of self-renewal, enhancement and betterment of self. This is one of those books that you will read more than once because you will find yourself always referring back to it during different points, events and states of your life.
